Formosa Plastics announced its operating performance for the second quarter today, except for Formosa Plastics Petrochemical due to the increase in crude oil costs, the increase in the amount absorbed by the price stabilization mechanism, and the decrease in recognized inventory evaluation and foreign exchange gains, the profit attributable to the parent company in the second quarter was 2.732 billion NTD, down 45.6% quarter-on-quarter, and earnings per share were 0.28 NTD.
