Formosa Plastics Group held an annual salary adjustment meeting on 11 July 2024 and consulted with labor union representatives. The labor union proposes a 3% salary increase and a monthly food allowance of 600 NT$. It was said that the average monthly salary of Formosa Plastics Group employees is around 57,500 NT$ and that with an adjustment of 3%, there would be a monthly salary increase of about 1,741 NT$.
