Formosa Plastics will spend another 19 billion NT$ to reduce carbon emissions. From 1999 to 2023, a total of 22,702 water-saving and energy-saving improvement projects have been completed, including 4,942 water-saving projects, which have saved 408,000 tons of water per day, and 17,760 energy-saving projects, contributing to an annual reduction of 16.009 million tons of CO2 emissions.
