CTCI, in partnership with Japan’s IHI Plant Services, has secured a NT$26.6 billion (€28 million) EPC contract to construct four LNG cryogenic storage tanks for CPC Taiwan at the Kaohsiung Intercontinental LNG Terminal. Each tank will have a capacity of 180,000 kiloliters. The project supports Taiwan’s goal of increasing natural gas to 50% of its energy mix and achieving net-zero emissions. Set for completion by late 2030, the tanks will enhance CPC’s LNG storage and distribution capabilities. CTCI continues to drive global energy transition efforts through LNG, renewable energy, and decarbonization initiatives.
