The Taiwan Responsible Care Association (TRCA) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization founded in 1998 to promote social responsibility and improve environment, health, and safety (EHS) in Taiwan’s chemical industry.
TRCA’s 100+ member companies, spanning petrochemicals, chemicals, industrial gases, and related sectors, implement Responsible Care® to enhance workplace safety, employee health, and environmental performance, including emissions reduction, energy efficiency, and waste management.
Internationally, TRCA engages with the ICCA and, since 2019, holds permanent Observer Status, helping Taiwanese companies align with global safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.
